Pride Packing Co. has freshness down to a science. Their quality control program starts in the orchards and doesn’t stop until their products are delivered to your store or food service establishment. All of Pride Packing Co.’s employees - from the orchardist, to the warehouse worker, to the drivers - are trained in food safety, temperature control and sanitation.

All of Pride Packing Co.’s warehouses are Primus Labs Certified. These strict handling standards enable Pride Packing Co. to confidently promise unequaled quality and freshness.

Packing Facility

Pride Packing Co.’s 60,000 square foot packing facility contains the latest state-of-the-art components. This multi-million dollar investment allows Pride Packing Co. to remain competitive and facilitates the processing of high-quality product. Specialized equipment independently controls the gentle washing, sorting, labeling, and packing of all fruit.

Food Safety

Even though Pride Packing Co.’s high rate of rotation ensures extremely fresh product, their management and staff go the extra mile when it comes to food safety. Preventing food borne illness is paramount at each of Pride Packing Co. facilities.

It is Pride Packing Co.’s belief that food safety begins in the field. Pride Packing Co. monitors it fruit continually from field through delivery and only accepts fruit from farmers and suppliers that uphold their philosophy and maintain the unbroken cold chain and Good Manufacturing Practices.
