As one of the top 100 producers of apples in the United States, Pride Packing Co. grows, packs and ships a wide variety of high quality Washington apples including Gala, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Gala, Fuji, Honeycrisp, Braeburn, Granny Smith, Pink Lady, and Jonagold.
Pride Packing Co.’s onsite processing operation includes washing, grading, hand inspection, and packing. Pride Packing Co. has Controlled Atmosphere (CA) storage for 500,000 packages and the ability to fulfill product demands year round. CA storage involves the careful harvest of apples at the precise level of ripeness and then storing them in airtight, refrigerated rooms where oxygen, carbon dioxide, and humidity are carefully monitored and controlled.

Apple/Orange Pack
Pride Packing Co. is the originator of the multi-colored apple/orange pack. Each 5 pound package contains Washington Extra Fancy Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples, and California Fancy Navel or Valencia oranges. Pride Packing Co. developed this product pack to offer its customers a variety of fruit in one convenient package.
Apricots
Along with the standard apricot varieties that are traditionally grown in the Yakima Valley, Pride Packing Co. has introduced larger, sweeter, and high-colored varieties called Tomcot and Robada. In 2006, production of the new varieties increased to more than 150,000 boxes annually.
